We had a great stay here, with plenty of positives to mention. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were perfect for what we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch with a wide variety of options. The location is great, with easy access to the main attractions in the surrounding area, as well as transport links to a hilltop restaurant in the center of this city.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

good location, good price, good food, willing to help with touring, decent size room, manager nice
room not cleaned over a 3 day stay - toilet waste basket needed emptying. I specified I needed a hairdryer - it didn't work nor did the tv.

This hotel provides good value for money. the staff is friendly, with some guests mentioning being picked up from the bus stop and offered helpful advice. the swimming pool is said to be particularly enjoyable. the hotel is located close to the main attraction and other facilities in the area.
One guest had a negative experience with the management, who tried to sell them expensive tours instead of offering relevant advice.

The price is amazing compared to the same hotels in the region.
It is situated a bit at a distance to Pamukkale but manageable walking distance.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Pamukkale. The hotel's attention to detail and value for money were impressive. The location was fantastic, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of main attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple but delicious, giving me the perfect start to my day of exploring.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The best was the location as it was quiet and relaxing. This hotel made a big effort to help me with my onward connections and the bus to Cappadocia was comfortable and on time.
No buffet breakfast.

The single room was spacious and overlooked the garden. I call this 'countryside' hotel because it is outside the centre of the village in a semi-rural area. It was only a few minutes walk to the centre though with bars shops etc.
The hotel was busy and took a while to get things done.

Spent a lovely Easter weekend at this hotel in Turkey. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and eggs. The outdoor pool was a great way to relax after sightseeing in the nearby town. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The room could have been a bit cleaner and could use some updating. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, which made it difficult to plan our daily activities.

Hotel itself was excellent, good room on third floor with good view. Real fire in lobby was a nice touch. Warm. Still plenty to see... white terraces etc will like to see again in summer
Village was quiet and seemed to be geared to summer tourists.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the main attractions. The included breakfast was delicious and satisfying, a great start to the day. The pool was also a great feature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. Also, the staff could have been more attentive and accommodating to guests' needs. it was a decent stay, but some improvements could be made for a better experience.

It is a very cosy hotel with a nice garden and swimming pool. Right in the middle of the small village of Pamukkale. It is also very cheap.
